My partner and I have worked with Ben for about four years. He has successfully assisted us in several complex business matters including two litigations. I am a professional myself and I do understand when I am receiving quality representation. Ben can be very aggressive when needed and he handles matters intelligently.

We have a small business that owns rental properties. We made the mistake of getting ourselves into a Lease to Own situation with some less than favorable tenants. No surprise the situation eventually went bad and we contacted Ben Vandenberghe to help us. Our issues eventually lead to eviction of these tenants and a judgement against them. This was a very stressful time for us as we have never had to deal with such deceitful people and the entire time Mr. Vandenberghe was there to calm our nerves and walk us through the process.
