I don’t know what I would have done without Hale Law Enterprises. I’m just glad I made the right decision by choosing them. Attorney Hale is a great lawyer and a very good man. I would recommend them to anyone.

We submitted information to Morgan and Morgan, and have a highly time sensitive case. We are retiring and moving to Florida. We purchased our home with an inspection, less than two weeks ago, Everything went well. We packed all of our belongings into a pod. We had a company remove popcorn ceiling to do a nice knockdown texture before we were to arrive. The contractor called saying he found massive undisclosed water damage inside the walls with mold, rotted out, supporting beam, cockroach infestation ect etc.. The seller stated no water leaks to the inspector as well as on the property disclosure, but there is direct evidence that all these walls have been cut into and poorly sealed up with water damage inside . We found the roof that had been replaced two years ago from a Roofing company that’s had massive lawsuits and problems with faulty roofs. We need someone to call us back as soon as possible as we bought this house just over a week ago and we have nowhere to go, and no one to turn to for this issue . We cannot move into this house due to health and safety issues, as well as mold, compromised load supporting beam, cockroach infestation, etc. none of which was disclose. We had to cancel our POD have it held at a local facility, we’re supposed to be out of our rental as we are sitting in an empty house we are still in Washington state and have canceled our flights , we need someone on her side as soon as possible, We submitted information to Morgan and Morgan and really need to call back sooner than later.
