2nd DUI Offense-Needed the best and found the best. Attorney Simmons' elite reputation is as advertised. During 2021, I was going through a very bad time in my life which led me to a 2nd DUI arrest in an 10 month span. Fortunately for me, I stumbled across Ms. Simmons while searching for an attorney. She was very direct and honest about the possibilities, but remained understanding and confident she could get me the best outcome. The state took quite a while to get the case sorted out, with Ms. Simmons consistently keeping me updated in spite of her busy schedule. When it was all said and done, she accomplished exactly what she said she would get me: the best possible outcome. I will say if you are someone that generally procrastinates on everything in your life, I'd advise you go find other representation. Attorney Simmons is not here to waste your time, so do not waste hers. I am immensely grateful for her legal guidance through this process and when you factor in all the variables (reliability, legal transparency, cost of representation, etc.) I would 100% recommend those who are in a bad spot to reach out to her.
