Has the worse experience this firm is set up like a call center! Forget submitting an online inquiry because they don’t read it once you speak to a representative they later or transfer you to a different department which I do not believe that they are paralegal they don’t pay attention to details you’re being rush off the phone and they don’t want to do that do diligence to help you so if you’re looking for a firm that actually cares this would not be the farm to go to and their rates are 40% vs 33% go with a family firm that cares and will listen to you and will do the work to make sure you get justice the lady kept putting me on hold and I just gave up and went with a local firm
