I had purchased a condo and, after reviewing the title report, noted there was a discrepancy in the one stall I was provided and the two stalls listed on (partial) title policy. After contacting Erin, she quickly reviewed my case/documents and recommended I immediately pay the difference for full title insurance. She was extremely knowledgeable and diligent in digging up applicable case law, writing demand letters and emails and pushing the Title company to both pay attention to and respond to my claim. Erin demonstrated that she is not just an extremely capable attorney, she is also business savvy and an excellent negotiation, which makes a dangerous (or quite beneficial) combination!
