I highly recommend this firm for anyone that is looking for a personal experience and not feeling like you're just a client and money to them. Before we found this firm my wife was about to give up on herself, but Wells Trumbull was able to get us to the best doctors around and truly get down to the root causes of my wife's injuries. Now because of them she is on the road to recovery, the amazing settlement that they got us is on top of that but most of all they put her health and getting her to recovery before any of that. This firm is a group of people who are true fighters and they don't want to settle like the big firms and the people that you see on TV. We got quadruple the amount of money compared to the other firms quick settlements that they promised. They are extremely knowledgeable and it really shows, they guide you through the whole process and explain everything in detail. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My name is Alison Walter. I am a single mother with four children. My son, David, was in a terrible construction accident five years ago. He was a pipe layer and while working on a job, his legs were crushed by a excavator. For your information, an average excavator weighs twenty-four tons...48,000 pounds! My son, David, was twenty-eight years old and weighed 145 pounds. I will never forget seeing my son lying on that hospital table and hearing the examining doctor say to me, "Mrs. Walter, your son is very lucky." I looked at him, thinking my son is lucky; are you crazy? He then said, "In accidents like these, we are either cutting off both of their legs or they are dead." David and I pursued legal action. The accident was not only the cause of excavator operator error but, more importantly, the the conditions at his worksite were unsafe. My son had no way out of the ditch when the excavator bucket came down and was crushing his legs, he had no escape. He bought me a home on a lake...my dream home. This old, single mother now has a place she can forever call her home! I am so very grateful for Ben; he is my hero.
