Their offices reached out to me very quickly, and while they don't cover my situation, Sarah (the rep I spoke to) provided a wealth of information and leads/links to get the help I need. She also listened carefully to my situation, gave me many pointers, and her compassion was sorely needed in the situation I'm going through.
