Although, they do not handle my type of case, they still cared. I was pointed in the right direction. Speaking to Patricia was kind of amazing to hear the care in her voice and that she wanted to make sure that I was able to get the correct representation I need was way beyond any customer service we have today. Lena was so kind! My case isn’t aligned with her office, but she gave me an extensive and thorough reply with solid advice to move forward. IF I could keep this law office I would. Lena was SO KIND, and all she was doing was referring me, when she didn’t even have to do that. I’ve only received “sorry we can not help you” replies, but Lena went above and beyond.
