The whole process was very smooth and professionally handled, the attorney was very polite and understanding, overall an excellent lawyer. if it was not from him, for sure, I would not have gotten the social security benefits for my son.

I think Mr. Friedman's firm is very, very good. I mean, it helped me out and I’m pretty sure that it would help a lot of other people out.

Mr. Friedman worked on two cases for me successfully. While working with the VA I filed for SS and was denied so my counselor recommended Mr. Friedman. While working on my SS claim he also worked on my VA Disability Claim. SS was finally approved at 100%, but VA only at 60%. He worked diligently on the case and just informed me today that I was upgraded to 100%. I appreciate all that he did for me and my family. A thank you just doesn't seem adequate.

While working with a state agency counselor I was assigned too to aide me in gaining the skills necessary to successfully find and hold on to a job, after having bounced from job to job year after year and seeking mental health counseling and treatment. I with her help enrolled in community college courses for students with disabilities, after taking several classes with little or no success she recommended I apply for SSDI. When I first applied for SSDI and began the enormous and extremely arduous red tape trail the Social Security Administration laid before me I had no sense of direction or compass to guide me. My counselor mentioned Mr. Friedman and to give his office a call. I took her advice and called, Mr. Friedman, very graciously and with all professionalism accepted me as his client. My case did not fall in the cookie cutter requirements of the SSA, as a skilled and knowledgeable litigator he was successful in showing the SSA the errors of its way. Words alone can’t express the patience and understanding he afforded myself and my family, with all the questions, concerns, etc. we had while the case was in litigation. He is currently aiding me in seeking and receiving veteran’s disability benefits. Should anyone need SSI, SSDI or veterans benefits he is the attorney you want call above any other you might even consider.

Friedman enthusiastically took my case 9 months ago. I told him that SS Disability had only looked at a small percentage of the ER visits and other medical evidence that supports my claim. They received all the files that SS had obtained and did no independent research of their own, they never had me review the medical reports that were submitted by private practice MDs or by the Sham MDs who work for SS. 30 days before my hearing, one of Friedman's underlings contacted me by phone and asked me why I felt I had a winnable case. I could not believe my ears, this question being asked just 20 working days before a hearing that I've been waiting for 9 months to come about. At this time, the attorney told me that Friedman was no longer interested in having me as a client.
I sent Friedman a registered letter that spells out what I think of him and his band of lazy lawyers who are only after the easy money cases that require no leg work, but he apparently wasn't man enough to accept the letter that was addressed for his eyes only. The letter was returned to me unopened today.
The future of my family hinges on the outcome of this case and Friedman gave me no more service or consideration than a hamburger gets on the assembly line at Burger King.

I retained Mr Friedman's services based on his TV commercial. Big mistake. My SS hearing took almost three years. In the month to weeks leading up to the hearing, Mr Friedman's associate never returned my calls and when she finally did she told me they were really busy and under staffed. I called Mr Friedman to asked him to release my case. He informed me he had plenty of staff and that may case would be handle with due care.He even asked me if I had other family or friend resources I could use to pay to see another Dr. My prehearing meeting took place over the phone 2 days before the hearing. At the hearing the attorney rep failed to address the very concerns I had been assured by Mr. Friedman would be handled. When I realized this, the appeal period had passed.I received less the benefits I was entitled to and Mr. Friedman got all of his plus an extra $300 over the original retainer agreement.
