Sara Amies effectively and quickly addressed my issue, I could not have been more satisfied with her services. She is a good listener, knowledgeable in the area of employment law, and most importantly treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. She was patient when I asked questions, and provided clear answers. I would refer her to any close friend or family member, and I trust her wholeheartedly.

I was extremely pleased with Sara Amies. I was looking for an attorney to review my situation and properly advice me on whether I had a case against my employer. She listened attentively, asked questions and accurately summarized my situation. We were under a very tight timeline and she was quickly able to draft the terms of my separation agreement within a 3 day period. Sara responds quickly, is efficient and provides you with her best legal advise, not just what you are hoping to hear. Sara made the experience a pleasure and not a dreaded experience. I was put into a no-win situation with my boss/employer where he put me on a PIP. After addressing each point on the PIP and getting good feedback from co-workers I was let go. Sara gave me 1 hour consultation on how to conduct my exit interview. Her advice helped me navigate that meeting very well. She has also helped me navigate ESD and get unemployment. Even though I only paid for 1 hours worth of consultation, she has been very quick to follow up on the half dozen emails I have sent her about working through the unemployment/ESD process. I highly recommend her.
