One never knows how good their attorney is until you are in Court, then it's too late. Ours case/ litigation was more difficult because of it consisting of three opposing parties. Each throwing accusations and deflecting accusations to and from each other. We had two Meditation hearings and were now in the midst of Depositions from 14 persons. Multiple attorneys from each Party were making their best efforts to separate fact from fiction and get to meaningful truths from each witness. Watching the style, strategy, knowledge and effectiveness of each attorney it was clear Scott Feir and his associate Chris were heads and shoulders above the rest. And again, looking at it objectively from 30,000 feet, he was the best. I highly recommend him to all that accept nothing less that the best!

Scott Feir and his associate, Nate Somers did a brilliant job on difficult case for our family business. The case was complicated; a large amount of money was owed to our family by a personal friend. Our attorneys needed to be aggressive but respectful and professional, which is a difficult balancing act. Scott helped successfully litigate a particularly difficult commercial eviction with all sorts of twists and turns coming from the tenant and the courts. He was amazing. He had the foresight to address issues before they even presented themselves. Months later when the tenant tried to make insurance claims on their abandoned property I was glad to have had Scott's sage advice to take proper precautions against such an eventually. He successfully litigated the eviction and further insulated my client from future liability due to his skill and foresight.
