Timothy was very responsive to me when I had any questions. I appreciated him reassuring the process, since it was my first time using OffTheRecord. Once the case was closed, he notified me when he didn't have to, since I also got an email notification. I would 10/10 reuse the app and him again. I ambound to get another speeding ticket in the future.
