Zac was hired by our association to guide us through a difficult and complex case. He served as part of a team that worked with our association on a regular basis. His expertise, specifically on matters of insurance were top notch. He did a great job explaining complicated insurance concepts in a way that we as a Board could understand so we could make educated decisions. He and the rest of the legal team also would attend meetings with owners to help clarify the more challenging issues and answer questions. This was a huge support of the association Board. Zac is very personable and easy to work with which made the experience over the couple of years on this case much easier.

I was suffered with hiring bad lawyers many years, spent too much money and time. After met Zak, He is the best lawyer I ever have. He handle my real estate property insurance, easement, tenant argument, and trading company - employee agreement. He is very smart, good for negotiation, reasonable charge.
