Conrad is passionate and knowledgeable about the type of law he practices. He provides fact-based advice to his clients
and is enthusiastic about getting results! He is a great listener who looks out for his client's best interests. Conrad is easy to work with and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend Conrad and his firm’s services. If I have other civil or disability rights issues in the future I will definitely use him again.

Conrad represented my wife and myself (both of us are blind) regarding a denial of access with our guide dogs. He was very knowledgeable per the law and similar cases. Most importantly to us is that he was cognizant of the role of our service dogs in our lives and quite frankly, treated us as "equals" which sadly, does not always happen in our lives. Our case was settled and Conrad took to heart (and put into the settlement) our desire to educate the offending party/ies so that no other blind person with a guide dog would be denied access to services as we were.
