I was in a terrible car accident and sustained multiple serious injuries. The driver who hit me was at fault. My husband and I interviewed several attorneys and firms to handle my case and decided on the Benjamin Law Group. Nathan and Andrew are an incredible team! Nathan was our main point of contact. He was highly organized and very efficient throughout the entire process, making sure to stay in close communication with me and my husband at all times. Even during the COVID-19 situation, he never stopped working on my case. He explained everything throughout the process, and made sure that all options were explained in detail so that I could make educated decisions on various aspects of my case along the way . His numerous emails and letters that were written to me and other principals in the case were effectively written. A major insurance company was involved. It was a very complicated case, as the driver who hit me was uninsured. After a thorough gathering of facts, statements and research, Nathan wrote a very compelling Demand Letter to the insurance carrier— 35 pages long. It was very effectively written. In fact, the letter clearly proved to the insurance company how prepared we were and that we were ready to go to court at a moment's notice. Nathan's awesome ability to communicate the demands of the case and negotiate my case with the insurance company was paramount in winning an out-of-court settlement for the maximum policy limit! I would highly recommend Nate as a lawyer. Although the coronavirus pandemic interrupted my car injury case, Nate smoothly transitioned all of our proceedings and communication to an online, quarantine-friendly format. Since the start of quarantine, Nate completed the work efficiently and would continuously update me on the status of my case. Despite my lack of lawyer-type knowledge, Nate thoroughly explained every aspect of my case to me to ensure I would make well-informed decisions whenever necessary. My deposition was held virtually, and a week prior to it, Nate made sure I was prepared by coaching me through a virtual video deposition preparation session via Zoom. When it came to my actual deposition, I felt at ease as I had already been guided on how to handle the conference and I could rely on Nate throughout the entire process.
