I've sought Jake's counsel for a number of real estate and HOA related issues. I trust his experience and expertise when it comes to real estate, and specifically HOA Law. He explains issues, cases, steps and expected outcomes in a way that is simple and easy to understand. Jacob assisted me with a dispute over billing fees with a government organization. He helped me to review relevant documents as well as suggested wording and strategy for my dispute form. Based on his assistance my dispute was accepted and all fees were forgiven. Jacobs help was greatly appreciated and I would gladly use his services again.

Mr. Miller is an intelligent/knowledgeable, understanding, and reliable attorney. He always addressed my issues and answered my questions expeditiously. I never felt out-of-the-loop; I always knew what was going on. Even his supporting staff members speak highly of him, and once you've met him/worked with him, it's obvious why. The associated fees for his services were also very reasonable.
