Michele is one of the brightest and most expert attorneys that l have ever worked with, either as a client or as a collaborating professional.

I worked with Michele on many occasions over the years, and I have great respect for her. She and I were among founders of the Washington Coalition for Open Government, one of NFOIC's many great state affiliates. But when Michele and I first met and had an occasion to collaborate, I was an executive with the Seattle P-I ( Post-Intelligencer) and she was a bright young litigator for the law firm that represented my crosstown rival, The Seattle Times. My respect and admiration for her abilities were strong then, and those perceptions have never waned.
