I reached out to Dellino Law Group when I was in a truly desperate time in my life in regards to my child custody situation. I was set up with a consultation with Rebecca Mader. Right off the bat Rebecca was easy to talk to and seemed extremely knowledgeable in family law. We talked about my concerns and what I was hoping to change in my divorce parenting plan that was in place. I knew absolutely nothing about this process and Rebecca was very communicative throughout the entire process. It was a long and arduous journey (the court system specifically) but Rebecca walked me through every step of the process. My case is finally closed and I am pleased to say it was better than the best outcome I could have wished for. Rebecca was fully invested in me and my daughter's future together. And it paid off!! I would highly recommend Dellino Family Law Group to anyone who was tangled in a mess and seeking professional help like I was. Prior to working with Michelle and Paige from the Dellino firm, I was with a different lawyer for 6 months but felt frustrated because I could not get advice and guidance from them, no offense but they were mostly serving like a messenger. A month before my mediation date, I was so uncertain on what the outcome might be so I decided to get a second opinion from Michelle. A friend's friend spoke really highly of Michelle, she helped her fight a nasty divorce case that involved kids a few years ago. While my case was not as complicated, I wanted to find the best help I can. During the 30 mins Zoom consultation with Michelle, I got way more information and suggestions than in the 6 months with my previous lawyer, and this is not exaggerating. I decided to go with Michelle on the spot and she generally took me in even though it was less than 30 days till the mediation date. Michelle and her team were super efficient, professional and clear in communication when preparing for mediation. I handed them a gigantic bunch of financial documents, and the rest were pretty much in their hands. They only had to reach out a couple of times in the end to double check with me on the final numbers we put in the spreadsheet. On the day of mediation, Michelle was confident and assured me we got this. I never felt this confident with my previous lawyer. The mediation went a lot better than I thought it would, Michelle was quick on the spot to take information from the opponent party, analyze different options and give me recommendations. We were able to settle the mediation in 4 hours with satisfactory outcome. At night, I went to sleep with peace, finally got closure with a divorce that dragged out for almost 2 years. I was referred to Dellino Family Law Group by a good friend, after discovering my previous attorney made mistakes in a contentious custody battle, putting me at a disadvantage. After reaching out, and learning about my situation, Michelle took me on as a client, then things immediately started turning for the better. Michelle and Lisa, are amazing. A custody battle is not easy, especially when it is across different states, having these people on my side gave me peace of mind. They were there for me when I needed them. Jordan was my attorney. Right after my first payment, he took a vacation. I'm running from a DV. I tried to tell Jordan to file before my ex got a chance to. And he kept telling me to wait. I'm the client. I paid thousands. And Jordan was unprepared and didn't even do the paperwork correctly. Now I haven't seen my son since February. And I'm too broke to get any help. If Jordan would have listened to me, I'd be fine right now. This lawfirm is a joke. Messing up people's lives and going on like it's nothing. I'd give ZERO stars if it was possible.

Absolutely stay away from this law firm. The dropped me immediately because they didn't get payment to my trust on time, gave no grace period. Went to pay and was immediately given a withdrawal letter, no one at the firm would speak to me. This case should have been done months ago and they dragged it out. They set a trial date without my knowledge until today when I received the withdrawal letter. They never finished working on all my final documents when I had asked them to. When the Lawyer was in trial she had no contact with the client for a month. Absolutely stay clear they're in it for the money not to help the client they dragged their feet with my paperwork.

Greedy and Incompetent They are not even capable of doing basic excel calculation correctly. Everything takes forever. They charged us more than double they estimated, despite me and my wife agreed on everything before the divorce and zero disagreement during the process. So they have all the information while giving us an estimate. They also keep charging my card even though everything is paid and done. We let them know to stop charging, and fix the extra payments, However, they are just ignoring us.

I had previously worked with a different firm on my parenting plan. Although I had a decent experience with the firm, my situation felt very low on the priority level and my lawyer appeared rather distracted at times and not as invested in my situation. After a few years of ups and downs of coparenting issues, I decided it was really time to address the issues in my parenting plan and make necessary adjustments. My reasons for electing the firm were 1) although I knew I would most likely not be represented by Michelle, I felt confident that she hosted weekly meetings with her lawyers and was aware of active cases, 2) I appreciated a firm that was a bit more intimate vs. a large firm with over 50 lawyers, 3) I was looking for a firm that would be very direct and honest with me about what I was working towards. Should I or should I not do X, Y or Z? Why or why not? I began working with Rebecca Mader and I have nothing but the upmost praise for her knowledge, timeliness, expertise, and approach. Rebecca quickly isolated what areas of my plan could be addressed and how best to ensure a positive outcome that would reduce conflict with my co-parent and benefit my young children. If I ever reached out with a question, Rebecca responded within 24 hours and if she was in court or mediation, a member of her team would let me know when she would be available to respond. If I requested a call, she was able to help schedule something quickly. I felt that she truly took the time to understand my situation. She was also instrumental in helping me navigate mediation (which I was horribly nervous about). My mediation was a huge success, and I will continue my work with Rebecca. I highly recommend the Dellino Family Law firm and more specifically, Rebecca Mader.
