I was very very pleased with Ryans performance. He helped me with my case against my landlord when I was taken to court for rent payments. I had been trying to pay my rent on several occassions but because my landlord wants me out very badly, my rent continuously was being refused. Ryan had 10 minutes to review my case and this was a very confusing case. At first I almost took the deal that I was given which was to pay Dec rent and be out at the end of Dec.. then at the last minute I came to my senses and had Ryan fight for me..and a fighting he did.. He did a fabulous job for me. Unfortuneatly, I am being taken back to court for the same thing.

Ryan knows the law and is willing to help. My tenant was thousands of dollars behind on rent. Taking advantage of the moratorium, she refused to pay. (She got a new car, new furniture, etc!) . Ryan worked on the paperwork for me and got action fast.

Timely response and knowledgeable, excellent answers to my questions and great help for recommended service.

I had little hope for my case but Ryan stepped in and went the whole 9 yards to allow me to achieve the best possible outcome. His communication with both the clients and other lawyers was stellar, and his negotiating power was quite impressive. He goes about his business with a supreme sense of professionalism and integrity, and didn't nickle and dime me at all. He was exceptionally empathetic to my situation, and did everything in his ability to ensure that I received an outcome that exceeded my expectations. In the end, I couldn't thank Ryan enough for going above and beyond what his job required for my case.
