I have known and consulted with Richard during the year. You will read a lot about his responsiveness. I will tell you first hand that this is his best trait. I don't know how he does it - I've been trying in my own career. He is also an expert. Very knowledgable with trademark law. I'm not sure how to compare his pricing, but I feel his pricing is very competitive. If your not sure who to contact - just contact Richard. He will respond almost immediately.
