Austin agreed to represent me after my father passed. The timing of the engagement is key in these matters. Prior to completing the initial negotiations he resigned stating that he had two cases in court and couldn't give it the time needed. He also missed very important correspondences he had already received on one of the issues causing it to be discussed for at least 5 hours unnecessarily in which I was billed for at $300 an hour. He also does not listen well and caused many other issues that wasted more time, which, of course means more money. He was paid $11k and left me with absolutely nothing in writing to show any outcome or even any directions toward the issues still at hand. There are a number of things he could have done to at least somewhat close out the relationship with some definitive resolutions but he didn't. It's too bad, I waited a long time before posting this because the truth is I like Austin, I know he's smart and seems to also be caring but he just seemed to have a preconceived idea in his mind and just headed in his own direction like a bull with blinders on. It was that hard to get something clear to him. I also wanted to make sure I didn't have any emotions involved. Now, its been 4 months and the facts are he seemed to involved in his own agenda. Timing was everything here. I absolutely would have been happy to pay for what was suppose to happen. But in the end the only winner here was Austin. I would have been better off to have never engaged his services. Since writing this review I read the work that Austin was putting together and he is s good attorney. Better then most. He keeps in touch, he's wide and knows his business. I tried to work with him again but the fallout was too much. I felt it only right to update my review. The only thing that still bothers me is I did feel he had integrity and that he cared to do the right thing. In my vade he never did because, well plain and simple, we had a misunderstanding and rather than work through it he decided to my detriment to throw me away. Unfortunately this is the cause with people in this world today.

Austin was professional and courteous. He was more than willing to look further into the matter in order to assist in providing a viable option and his advice on legal niches was helpful.

The business I work for is a family owned construction company and we hired Austin's firm to put together a design build GC agreement. He worked with us to make sure everything we needed was included in the contract and that we were as protected as possible. Austin was extremely professional and The turn around on services was great. Would definitely recomend.

Austin helped me set up my petsitting business and I could not have been more impressed. Two things stood out, firstly, his knowledge - he knew exactly what i needed and didn't need (unlike some attorney's who have tried to rip me off in the past with unnecessary extras). Secondly, his communication - able to explain things simply (not too much legal-jargon!) and speed he followed up and got things done. I will continue working with Austin and recommend anyone else to do so.

Austin has been my farms attorney for several years now and he has never failed to impress. We train, breed, and sell high quality hunter/jumper horses and the contracts can get pretty detailed (not many people outside our industry has heard of a live foal guarantee), but Austin takes the time to learn the industry terminology, our specific needs, and is willing to work with us for whatever we need. Any business would be lucky to have Austin as their attorney.

Austin provided excellent service in helping me through the probate process of my mother. This was the hardest experience of my life and I didn't even know where to start. I made an appointment to meet Austin and he immediately was available to meet the next day (most attorneys told me they couldn't meet for at least a week!). The service, communication, help and compassion with this situation only excelled from that point. If you ever have to go through the awful process of loosing a loved one, Austin makes the situation much less difficult and lets you simply focus on grieving with your loved ones. I suggest hiring him to anyone and everyone.

Hired Austin for Will and Power of Attorney creation. He quickly provided preliminary information, scheduled a meeting, and produced the necessary documents. He personally walked me through each section to confirm my intentions/wishes. He also produced necessary notary to complete the documents within days of me contacting him. Would highly recommend!

I'm a researcher, and although I know a good amount about my field, I know very little about corporate law. Austin has been doing a great job in educating the doctors and engineers in my group about how to build our startup properly. He's been easy to work with, and paid special attention so that we get this done right and avoid headaches later. Austin provided invaluable advice in pursuing a contractor who requested a sizable deposit for building materials, performed a minimum of work and then declared bankruptcy. With his advice for navigating the legal process, we were able to recoup a high percentage of that deposit, which was never spent by the contractor to obtain those materials.
