They never got back to me about my case. Update: Called me after review was left to explain they couldn't take my case. Funny how in life you have to do something like write a bad review just to get a phone call.

I'm glad that when I googled DUI Defense Attorneys 11 months ago. I picked the right firm, Tim Rusk represented me and I couldn't have had asked for a better Attorney to represent me and to fight for my Constitutional rights the way that he did for me in this matter and with the tenacity and professionalism that he did. My case had special circumstances and very different as well as very difficult and ended up in trial but the way that Tim Rusk fought for mi Constitutional rights gave us the outcome of Acquittal Today with a very little time of jury deliberation. Thank You Tim for everything you did for me during this difficult period in my life, Five stars are not enough so I hope that you read this because in this message even though you can't see it is accompanied by the symbol of Liberty and Justice for all mentioned earlier today. When I got my dui almost a year ago, a friend recommended Chloe Anderson. Chloe was on vacation at the time, but she called me right away and took my case. Navigating through one of the worst situations in my life would have been a nightmare, but Chloe was always there to listen to my concerns and explain everything. I appreciate her care, compassion, and persistence. It was a total life changing experience that I needed to go through, and glad Chloe represented me.

I live overseas and I have a court case in America. They told me I absolutely must be there in court. This for a misdemeanor mind you! They wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to fly across the planet. I told them I could not afford to do that. I asked if they could appear on my behalf and they told me no I had to be there. I ended up firing them for stealing money, I mean they kept stealing from my account afterwards and I'd have to call them and get the "oops sorry" and they would put it back, until the last time they stole $250 and I showed them a picture on my bank statement that they did steal it, and they pretended like the conversation never happened. Never saw the money again. Then when I get a FREE public defender, they filed to represent me in my absence . . . court approved it. So these guys were just trying to rob me the entire time.

HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.Lets make a deal and maximize our profits.That was my experience.4 different attorney's, let the case go to a warrant because she didn't have time for me.I was down with the flu and the office called and said I had a date with a judge, I showed up they, didn't because, I was not scheduled.My case started in December of 2018 it was concluded in may of 2019 as I was signing all of my court papers is when she slipped in the contract with her firm. It's now June and I have finally received my statement. SURPRISE,$17,000.00 FOR A PRODUCT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CREATED BY AN INTERN. I will never see nor mention BradleyJohnson law group in a positive light.They preyed on my ignorance.Because I thought that attorneys with that much exposure would have the integrity and honesty to be straight forward and upfront about costs and professionalism of his employees.No stars for you. The post made me give you 1.The services provided by this firm is inferior to the public defenders office.

Other people may have had good experiences with these attorneys but mine was either to overloaded with cases or just didn't care to take care of me. I was left in a courtroom without any notice she wouldn't be attending. Then instead of having something worked out beforehand she tried to make a deal the day of court. I felt like I was buying a used car. I wish I would have just got the court appointed attorney!!!

Tim Rusk was my attorney recently and he did an outstanding job. He fought hard for me and got me exactly what I deserved, justice! Highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking to find someone dedicated to fighting for your rights and someone who will go to all lengths to make sure you are satisfied and that justice is served! 5 stars!
