My case took a little longer than I initially thought but they kept me updated and warned me that it would take long. The other car insurance company was trying to low ball me. I am very happy with my settlement!

Tom Budinich and his legal aid , were both very helpful from the beginning of the process, to the completion of the law suit. Always available in a timely manner and no question was unanswered and never talked down to me, even though I did have a lot of questions. They were both very professional and so helpful.

When I was in a really bad car accident I was working with Meg Wernli. She was amazing. Meg walked me through every step and what was going to happen. If I ever had a question her law clerks helped in the moment, but then within 24hrs Meg would call or text me to make sure that everything was answered and she would ask if I had any follow up questions. Her whole staff was beyond responsive and professional. Meg gave me the best result I could have asked for. I make sure to mention Bernard Law Group anytime someone mentions they might need a lawyer. I am sure everyone there is amazing but I am only working with Meg Wernli.

If I could give them no stars I would. So, I'm still dealing with them. I got in a car accident on April 7, 2020. I was a passenger in the car that got hit. I was messed up and had to go through Physical Therapy for my neck and back. They never told me that they cant do anything till I was done with PT. Once I was done in Aug/Sept they got what they needed. I have to always reach out to them to get updates, which I feel I should not have to do that. On Dec 14, 2020 they said they sent out all the stuff to the car insurance and I will be contacted but I've heard nothing in over 2weeks. To me that's not ok when they are going to get 30% of what ever the settlement is. Not happy with them at all.
