Call them for help but the receptionist is only interested in knowing if we have insurance and the other parties’ insurance. Only asking about details of the insurance policy and nothing about the accident nor about taking our case until they know what our insurance will compensate.

I was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident in 2005 caused by a drunk driver that almost killed me. I had originally hired another lawyer who only talked about 'how nice of a car he was going to get when my case settled.' I grew tired of hearing that so I contacted Bernard Law Group and hired them to represent me. I can't ever say enough good things about this law group. I had many attorneys and paralegals working on my case. They absolutely cared about me as a person and wanted the best for me. During the investigation they spared no expense and hired all the best people and accident reconstruction people. Two years after the accident we settled in mediation and I was awarded a settlement of $1,150,000!!!!! 13 years later I still keep in contact with employees of this firm. They will fight for you when you can't fight for yourself!! I refer this law firm to anyone who thinks they may need excellent legal representation. Friends fight for friends and I consider Kirk Bernard and his team of dedicated, devoted and tireless law group as one of my closest friends. Thank you Bernard Law Group!!!!💖

I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney than Tom Budinich at Bernard Law Group. After getting into two car accidents within a month of each other, this was the first injury I’ve ever needed a lawyer for and Tom walked me through each step of the process with ease. I always had confidence knowing he was working on my case. He was able to answer all my questions and keep me up to date with everything in a very timely manner. I was hit by a drunk driver and I didn't know what to do next and so I called Bernad Law Group and they handled everything from getting me into a renal car a week later, to getting me to a chiropractor and getting me pain and suffering compensation for my injuries and also getting me a new car too.I really wanted to just say thank you to my attorney Meagan who kept me updated on everything and getting me the best deal possibly.

I had a really good experience with Bernard Law Group. I worked with Tom Budinich (Attorney) and Aubrey Lopez (Paralegal)-they were a great team. Aubrey was quick to get back to be me in the beginning and followed up promptly if any documents were missing. I communicated with Tom more in the middle to the end of my lawsuit. My settlement took over a year to settle and that was totally fine because insurance companies are difficult to work with. Tom was very communicative. Even if there weren't any updates to give me, he gave me the occasional call to let me know what is going on and that was reassuring. Note to others going through a lawyer for the first time, they will tell you that things are going to be quiet for a while, so don't take it as they are ignoring you. If you tell them to keep you posted and let them know how many times you would like to call, I promise they will do it. Tom called me a few months ago letting me know the initial settlement, but I was not going to accept it. As bad as I felt for having Tom do more work, he was very enthusiastic about giving my case more time. As of yesterday, this whole thing was solved and I am VERY happy with my settlement. Thanks Tom, Aubrey and BLG for helping me through a very tough time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
