I cannot recommend Austin Ansingh enough. Throughout the incredibly stressful process, I couldn’t have felt more at ease with Austin helping me and answering any of my questions and concerns. Austin is amazing 😀 I had a tough legal issue that made me feel overwhelmed. Austin communicated and walked me thru the process. He was with me thru each court date, zoom and in person. In spite of the situation, I felt insulated from the pain and got a better than expected result I couldn’t ask for a more involved, supportive attorney who seeks to protect his clients

I called and asked if they had someone who could talk to me in Spanish, they said that if they transferred me with the person and in a very bad way she told me you don't speak English and I replied yes but spoke better Spanish than in this case I preferred to use it she asked me if I had a criminal case and I told her I don't know that's why I call so that you can help me find out and very rude she answered me ok but hurry to tell me, I thanked her and I told her if you don't have time to attend to me it's okay I can look for someone else, she told me it's okay and ended the call., I understand that I should try in English but I don't want to make mistakes, I would have liked them to say we don't have anyone ,,, absolutely repreprehensible, what a disappointment.

I called them after getting stopped for a DUI. I am so grateful that Austin answered the phone. I've never been able to afford an attorney. This was a game changer. I can't express how impressed I am about him. All I asked was that he kept me out of jail, he delivered. Give him a raise please! I'm not rich, but if I was, he would get a good slice. Austin is awesome!!

While I guess the outcome is ok, working with them was more stressful than the DUI itself. Maybe it's just the Everett office, I cannot speak for the others. Do not expect communication. They will call you immediately to get you as a client and get your money, then you won't hear from them. If you're lucky, you'll get a call after 5pm the night before your court date. The paralegal staff will not follow the case, they'll lose documents and I'm missing court right now because I was not sent the code to attend virtually, even though I got a text saying she'd send it. But then again, the text also has the wrong date on it for court, so who knows. I have been informed by others that I could have done the same with a public defender and saved $6,000 and likely had less stress. And I was just told by another of their attorneys that there is no Everett office so not sure what the Wetmore address is, but apparently there isn't an office. And apparently don't ask questions through their portal when the office won't answer your questions - they don't like that.

Was hung up on in the middle of talking the first time I called today Monday January 20th 12:33pm

The receptionist that just answered my call was very rude and just hung the phone on me. Not ones but 2 times. I haven't even said anything to why I am calling and I even said that Mr. Bradley Johnson is a good friend of the family and still didn't even say what i was trying to say. This lady is professional and she works at a law office. I couldn't even say anything about why I'm calling. RUDE AND WASN'T PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT LIKE HOW I WAS TREATED.
