Nick and I have been working on a misdemeanor case that was caused by a medical condition I suffered from in 2020. Nick is a very honest person. His billing was straightforward and did not change through the course of my case. He was upfront about how things could go with my case and I never had any surprises about what might happen as my case went forward. Nick was a good communicator throughout The process. I recently hired Nick as my attorney for a charge against me. I hired Nicholas last April of 2021 for a dv assault and VNCO order. I have never been in trouble with the law before and he was able to get me a continuance of 2 years with a check in of 1 year to see if I needed 2 years to not get a charge. I had to take several classes and stay out of trouble. In November of 2021 I had a night of fun with a friend going out for some drinks and he drove my car that night. As we were driving he drove my car into a ditch and blamed me for driving so they tried to pin it on me because of it being my car and I seemed to be more intoxicated then my friend. I went and did a couple classes and took a polygraph test to prove I didn't drive that night. If it wasn't for Nicholas I wouldn't have been able to clear my name for the dui my "friend" who I no longer am friends with blamed me for. He is also working on still getting the dv assault/VNCO dismissed as I never broke my probation and I have a high chance of getting that dismissed because of Nicholas.
