I found them through my legal insurance, MetLife Hyatt Legal Plan and had a legal consultation with Mr. Chung in June 2020. The consultation was very brief, for 20 minutes and he promised me to write a letter. He said it'll be a simple letter, ready in a week, and included in the consultation. Now it's end of July and I still keep calling them everyday for the past 3 weeks. They say everyday they'll give me a call back by the end of day, but I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed them several times, but never received any reply, so I've been calling them every morning and hear the same false promise from the receptionist. I wouldn't recommend this legal firm to anyone. Very poor services. [Update] I finally received a draft from them which was written by the receptionist in August. I don't understand why it took two month to have a letter with 5 lines of words. I sent them my review and it took another month to receive a final. You'll never get any reply if you email them. I still have been calling them everyday for a very minor request for the past 2 weeks. Of course the receptionist's been giving me the false promise again that they'll call me back. WTH. I give up. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

Worst experience ever! They will ignore your appointment without telling you before head. After the appointment time passed, you called back to check, they will tell you to reschedule since the attorney is not available now... I just wondering what is the point of schedule! Really recommend you read those 1 start ratings before you make decision!

They worked hard for us and sincerely appeared to have our best interests at heart.

Horrible service. Months with no communication for simple request.

This is my worst experience with a law firm. I have been rescheduled 3 times over the course of 2 months. I never even gotten to speak with a lawyer. If I hadn’t reached out to other law firms, I would have missed filling my application in time.

Poor communication (no responses to emails or calls for weeks) and emails were riddled with typos. There are better options out there.

This office is silly. Every time I talk with them over the phone, they told me to be on hold cause they have another call comes in. Attorneys are not professional. NOT ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. Useless.

The absolute worse. Rude, unknowelegable, can never speak with a Attorney 95% of the time your speaking with an assistant. I would handle a case on my own before allowing them to rob me again legally.
