Betty is the best immigration attorney I have ever met and could ever imagine. She guided me through my H1B and green card application process. She is so patient so knowledgeable so responsive and so nice. I always run different scenarios with her as I was stressed out about my immigration status, but she always gives me very detailed response and makes me feel very well informed and confident regarding next steps. I recently hired Betty to assist with processing the forms for my wife and stepdaughter's I-751's to give remove the conditions (from our marriage) on their permanent resident status. I first consulted Betty about a change of status (COS) case which was very urgent at that time. Basically, I only had three weeks to act prior to the expiration of my status. Our case is a very hard one. My major is physics and working for a startup as research scientist. We got RFE for SO, Beneficiary's qualification, and company's information. Betty gave us lots of suggestions on what should prepare and how to prepare support letters. Betty also spend lots of time to review our materials. Finally, we get H1B approved. Overall, she is a very good H1B lawyer.
