Randy helped me with a FSBO real estate sale to a contractor. He saved me from a couple of predatory buyers and helped me land with the right buyer. He was very knowledgeable about the process, particularly in the details of the contracts. I could not have had a successful sale without his help.

Randy steered me through a long and often frustrating short sale negotiation with my lender which took over two years to complete. Randy was tenacious and patient. As anyone whose been through a short sale will know, the slightest hiccup or uneasiness on the part of the bank can cause a deal to fall apart. We had 3 deals fall apart because of my lender but Randy fought each time to hold them together as best he could until finally the fourth time through he was able to procure a reasonable deal. I will forever be grateful for his assistance and cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone considering or currently going through the short sale or foreclosure process.
