I don't really know how much I'm allowed to disclose on here, but I will say I was compelled to write a review based on how strongly I feel this attorney does not have the capability to get what his client requests assistance with handled. Furthermore, in reference to my case specifically, he completely misinformed me regarding what the outcome of hiring him would be. I genuinely feel that I could have handled my case better on my own, in addition to saving myself some money as well.

Forrest Carlson helped us through the process of our putting our wills together. We had no idea where to start, or what papers needed to be filled out, etc. Forrest walked us through each step of the process, he was patient and professional and we now have a very clear understanding of our estate plan. I shudder to think of what could have happened if anything happened to us before this plan was in place. We highly recommend Forrest, he has the knoweledge, the understanding, and the demeanor to help people will all of their legal needs.

Forrest was referred to me through a lawyer referral website, and he did an excellent job of representing me when my landlord launched a lawsuit against me. Despite not being in the same country as me, Forrest worked hard to defend me and keep me informed of the process and of all the costs and consequences involved. At one point, when Forrest believed that a judge had made a legal error, Forrest launched an appeal on his own time and expense. Forrest could have strung the process along as long as possible in order to maximize his profits, but instead he gave me a frank appraisal of the situation and the risks involved and help develop a solution that minimized the cost in both time and money. While the whole situation was unpleasant, Forrest was always professional and understanding and was the only decent part of the whole affair. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

I rented a condo a few years ago only to have the owner foreclosed on. For months I tried to determine who the new owner was so that I could talk to them about my rental contract. I was just trying to do the right thing, but several banks and individuals contacted me claiming to be the owners, none of which could prove ownership. I was feeling pretty uncomfortable after talking to a few of these sketchy individuals, so I contacted Forrest for some help and he was AMAZING! He helped me understand my rights & options, as well as helping me avoid a few scams that came along. He also helped protect me from several liabilities, and all for a very reasonable price. His billing was always what we had agreed upon, and I was never surprised by any line-items. Additional Forrest was incredibly friendly, a fantastic communicator, and prompt in his responses and actions. I have never felt more at ease dealing with a lawyer. I’ve recommended him to family and friends for a wide variety of legal issues, and they’ve all been just as pleased as I am. THANKS FORREST!
