I've hired Rob Bartlett to represent me in a real estate lawsuit. Rob has been truly amazing since day 1. He is transparent about pricing and the legal process, communicates with clarity and in terms that people don't need extensive knowledge in the field to understand. He is an expert and highly experienced in real estate litigations. Of course, he helped us win the lawsuit. I would recommend Rob and this firm to anyone who needs help with real estate litigations.

We hired this firm twice this year, to assist with a house purchase. This firm is in network with the legal plan associated with our employee benefits. I found the whole process very easy. Never have been addressed formally as ‘mister’ so much, and I think I like it. The lawyers and other staff were responsive and competent and patient with our many questions. They worked well with our real estate agent. Why would someone not want to hire a lawyer to help us navigate the biggest purchase of our lives? Five stars. Review updated 11/2022: We have continued to use this attorney office, this time for estate planning, last will and testament, etc. I have been very happy with them. As a xennial, my generation tends to not use lawyers much, but these folks make it super easy.

To keep this tale short: Two years ago, I was faced with a crisis with my previous landlord. Jon spent the time consulting with me, getting all of the information, and helping me navigate a course to make sure my rights were protected. Because of his timely advice and expertise, I was able to exit satisfactorily from the situation. Jon doesn't just fight for you, he makes sure you are aware of both your rights and your responsibilities. He's the best coach you could ask for: he tells you like it is, makes sure you know why you're in the position that you're in, and he'll pause to make sure you understand. He doesn't pull any punches: it's claws out! But he tells you what you need to hear in order to make good decisions. If you're considering Jon, thumbs up!

Consulted about a speeding ticket and he gave a very clear and detailed consultation about the consequences and options.

My daughter was recently pulled over for a minor traffic infraction. Unfortunately, she pulled over to the left shoulder and not the right shoulder. This infuriated the cop so he wrote her 2 tickets. One being the most expensive ticket he could, "failure to yield to emergency vehicle." That is a $1062 ticket. Jon and I both felt he was wrong because she had pulled over immediately so we decided to fight it. Long story short, Jon got both tickets dismissed! Awesome job. Very friendly and helpful law firm. I really enjoyed working with them. They seemed a lot more knowledgeable than other lawyers I've talked to. I will definitely go back for future needs.

I've made some pretty poor driving decisions, but thankfully, Zimmerman has been able to have my tickets dismissed not once, not twice, but three times. And he was also able to exclude these infractions from being reported to my insurance, which has saved me money in the long-run.

Fortunately I've only needed his services a couple of times over the years, but each time he's been extremely knowledgeable about the finest points of the law *and* has been successful! Money well spent! :)
