Our organization, which is a 200 member 501(c)(7) social club, needed help recently to add a Release of Liability waiver as a required element for participation in our activities. We returned to the services of the Apex Law Group as they had helped us redraft our Bylaws last year. Once again the attorneys listened to our needs and swiftly drafted a document that was perfectly suited to our organization. I highly recommend their services.
