Most of us have had to contact contractors or mechanics for repairs. If you're thorough, value good work, and don't want to be overcharged, you've probably obtained more than one quote or bid. Unfortunately, if your experiences are like mine, you have had those bids come in with significant differences in both amounts and the repairs needed. I've been fortunate enough to be in those situations and run into honest, knowledgeable people who then tell me my problem is easily fixable, I could do it myself, and it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. Cultiva Law and their impressive collection of attorneys, paralegals, and staff are the most helpful and dedicated group I have had the pleasure of working with. Although most individuals do not look forward to working with attorneys and the issue’s that arise from the reason you wind up in their office, Arron Pelly and his group make this experience much more professional, pleasant, and in my case rewarding. At this stage of my life the last thing I thought I would have to do is be involved in a lawsuit. Unfortunately, I had found myself in a business deal with partners that were not as they appeared to in the beginning. I had gotten involved in a large development project in the I-502 industry, that was a project valued at over 3.5 million dollars. When I found myself working with the original owner and becoming more involved with the project and investing my own time and money, we became friends and still are. We came to a point where we needed to acquire more financial input and started looking for other investor/partners. We found them or I should say they found us. In fact, she is still working with us to finalize the settlement that they won for us. Opps, I forgot to mention one person. Michael Solomon. Oh my gosh!! It was his counseling that kept me out of trouble. He was able to keep me calm and focused for almost a year of litigation. When it came down to trial and as difficult as it was especially during a pandemic and election year, he shined. Pretty much everything about Cultiva screams Quality - from their front office staff to the whole team of attorneys, all of whom are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and just plain awesome! Of course Aaron as founder deserves a lot of credit for building such an amazing team but really, anyone you work with here will take very good care of you and your business!
