Brian took my case when several other firms said no. He also has won the Rising Star Award. He explained how my case would go through the different steps and how the process works. To the point I completely understood in layman's terms. I got hurt on the job at Boeing and Sedgwick kept denying surgery. I had two surgeries on my left shoulder and paid for them with my private ins. Just so I could get use of my shoulder and get back to work. Brian and I went to a hearing, so I could testify. He practiced with me in his office. The hearing went well we thought. But the Judge ruled in favor for Sedgwick. Brian got the transcript and went through it and found mistakes. Then filled an appeal with the court, it came back in favor.
