Tyler, Colin and Jamie at Davis Law were excellent. We contacted Davis Law after a car accident to help answer questions we had about our rights. They accepted the case and worked very hard with both insurance companies to ensure we were properly taken care of and removed the stress of dealing with medical billing. At one point we were satisfied but they were not and continued to pursue the insurance companies involved until fair compensation was reached. We can’t thank them enough and are very happy we called!

I was hit by a car May 2016, within a few weeks I found Davis law group online and they had worked diligently for five years on my case through the pandemic through all of the healing process of my hip and pelvis injuries, as well as a traumatic brain injury. Davis Law group really cares about their clients. Teresa penny was my paralegal for most of my case and I can’t say enough great things about her. My lawyers Chris & Colin were my leading lawyers on my case they always made me feel heard and prepared me for deposition day & mediation. Yes I received money, no I did not go to trial. I settled on a reasonable offer from the city of Seattle. All in all I’m Thankful and glad the case is closed .

Prior to May of 2020, I’d looked skeptically at those television ads for personal injury attorneys. But then the Jeep my husband was driving was T-boned by a delivery truck and everything changed. The accident left my husband with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and me struggling to figure out what to do next. A friend referred us to Davis Law and I must say, at the conclusion of our initial phone consultation I felt better knowing we would have help, a team of advocates, guiding us as we made our way through the recovery process. They explained our options, costs, fees and timelines; essentially, Personal Injury 101. They even sent us two guidebooks produced by the firm – one on brain injury law and the other a primer on personal injury resulting from accidents. Make no mistake; this is not a simple or quick process. But Colin and Misty, our lawyer and paralegal at Davis, made sure we understood what was ahead and kept in close contact. We corresponded a lot via email, but we also spoke on the phone and any time I left a message, my call was returned within a day. It was nearly 3 years from the date of the accident until we signed settlement papers. Time in between was spent getting my husband medical treatments, counseling and various therapies in an attempt to return him to the level of function he had prior to the collision. Colin and Misty made sure we understood that if my husband was not thoroughly evaluated and treated, and the extent of his TBI not fully known, any settlement we agreed to might not be enough to cover future costs of his care. They wanted to present a demand for damages that was as accurate and comprehensive as possible. So we followed their advice, pursued all recommendations for evaluations and treatment, and just prior to the 3-year anniversary of the accident – which is also the deadline to file suit for a court trial – we agreed to a settlement with the shipping company. Our portion is not as large as we would have liked (although it is close) but we are satisfied that our team at Davis Law Group produced the best possible outcome in our case.

I contacted the Davis Law Group to ask regarding eligibility for a Motor Vehicle Collision and automotive insurance issue. Because Davis Law Group has a very narrow focus of law, I was not eligible for Davis Law Group assistance. I expected this result because the issue I was asking about was not of the severity and content the David Law Group works with. Case Investigator Zak Guertin was outstanding in sending me a personalized e-mail with for other law areas to investigate. I received Investigator Guertin's professional and compassionate message within 24 hours of my inquiry. If an initial inquiry is handled with such professionalism, and the firm has such dedicated employees as Zak Guertin, I imagine the Davis Law Group would be an excellent option for someone involved with a Personal Injury legal case.
