The staff was very easy to work with. Dan Walker, our Attorney, was very good at advising us when problems arose. Working with him was like working with a good friend. Every call I made to them was answered by someone courteous and helpful. I was always able to get through to whom ever it was that I needed to talk with. Jennifer, is an excellent Senior Paralegal. She did a lot of paperwork for us and was super efficient at sorting it out. Some of the work was a challenge especially since it all had to all be done over the phone and internet. I am very happy to have had them represent me and resolve all the issues involved. I highly recommend them for anyone that will be going through Probate. I was looking for assistance in understanding how to file a modification of a Parenting Plan and child support order. I found Mark Johnson through a Google search offering free phone consultations. I called in the evening and first spoke with an aide of his that gave me helpful information but still took down my info for Mark to give me a call in the morning. Before 9am the following day, I had gotten that call back! Awesome! I spent over 30 mins on the phone with Mark and asked about a dozen questions. He was very explanatory and helped boost my confidence in my capability to file on my own. Should I hit a snag and need to hire an attorney, Mark Johnson will be my first pick!
