My wife was involved in a car accident and uninsured. The other party hired an attorney and wanted to sue us for a property damage claim. Jeff evaluated our case, researched relevant cases, and successfully negotiated down the price, saving us thousands of dollars. I reached out to this group, with a referral by a legal insurance plan through my employer. I had two unrelated issues. One of which I was most stressed about and was very disappointed that they were unable to help with due to the contract I was in, which would have led to additional legal issues, that I knew about already and did not want to deal. However, Jeff advised me on another legal matter, in which involved a vehicle I sold several years ago that was involved in a hit and run. The vehicle was impounded and the account sent to collections. Jeff, Hui, and Jiadong, were very generous and gracious with their time and effort, as I am sure the time they spent went well beyond the 4 hours my insurance covers.
