When I was injured at work, I spent the first couple years trying to deal with it my self. When they tried to close the claim right before surgery I went to the Walthew office, and retained Jon Winemiller as my attorney and his paralegal was Marilyn Mc. They treated me with the utmost respect and really fought for me. They have given me so much support these past 7 years and through out all the different stages of my claim and surgeries. When I was injured on the job, I informed my supervisor and went to the emergency room as directed by my employer’s protocol. It wasn’t until over a year later that the full extent of my injury was discovered. At the same time, I discovered my employer had not filed my L & I paperwork with the state.
