A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. If you're reading this then you need a lawyer for a serious situation. I'm only writing this review because I would like to help people through this process. I was falsely accused of a sexual crime I didn't commit. I was looking at the rest of my natural life in prison. I knew I had to get a lawyer, but I was smart, I didn't panic, I did lots of research, I talked to many lawyers. And I can tell you that Brad and his team were, without a doubt, the best I found! I am so happy I picked him to help me. Another lawyer I called tried to scare me and then use my fear to extort me for 13,000 dollars! Because my case didn't have to go to trial this was really an outrageous number. Don't freak out, at least call Brad, the man has been doing this for years. I am a veteran teacher who was falsely accused of three counts of rape in the third degree. As a mother, a professional and a community member I was devastated and in complete shock. He and his stellar team communicated things to me in a timely fashion and never provided false hope. Even during deliberation be prepared me for all scenarios. I know he was certain of the outcome but he would not allow his confidence to impact his professionalism. Brad devises a plan of action, has a strategy, and works tirelessly to defend his clients. He saved my life. The verdict was a unanimous NOT guilty after 1 day of deliberation. I am innocent and have been the entire time but Brad was the one who was able to secure the verdict. My former students and more importantly my daughter want to be like Brad! The day my brother decided to take the wheel and have me meet Brad was the day my life was saved. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone accused of a sex crime.
