Cons
1
Questionable billing practices
“I paid Ada Wong $400 for an initial consult on an employment situation. The way she works is, you send her a write-up to read beforehand, which she subtracts 30 minutes from the one hour consult, so you are left with just 30 minutes of consult.”
2
Perceived unprofessional and condescending behavior
“When I asked her if I had a case for intentional infliction of emotional trauma, she scoffed and asked if I got that term from Google or another attorney. I found that to be condescending, especially doing this to the person who paid you.”
3
Lack of refunds and rescheduling only
“Additionally I was told that her office does not give refunds, even if she cancels the appointment; only reschedules. This is a questionable business practice.”
