I found out about Katya Stelmakh from a friend in February last year and immediately contacted her. I had experience with other lawyers who did not have clear process of reviewing my case, would not be transparent about the fees and would drag my time without fast response. Katya immediately reviewed my case and clearly stated all steps forward. She was open about any possible problems going forward. We had a few arguments along the way about the approach and who does what, but eventually we all as a the team worked together for final result. I got my EB-1 visa approved within 12 days and received my work authorization in 2 months after submission of the documents. At the moment I am waiting for my green card to be issued. I do not recommend. At first everything was fine, the company gave me access to the CRM system to add documents and control the status. I added all the documents very quickly. The company was constantly in touch Katya and the team (Kimberly and Abel). But then they started disappearing and not answering questions, they promised one deadline, but did nothing within the specified time frame and do not give an answer on the actual status and when it will be ready. As a client, I am worried because I did not receive the service for which I made an advance payment and I am wasting time with filing a case.
