Jay goes above and beyond to help people. I worked with Jay in the past with a slip and fall at a major retailer where I was injured. He handled the case with ease and kept me informed every step. He won the case and made sure to explain every detail. Recently I was in a car accident out of state and Jay was a wealth of knowledge to help me again. It's hard to find legal help that cares. Jay falls into that rare breed. Look no further, give him a call.

Evan is awesome! I had some tenant issues (thanks to the ever-changing laws of Seattle), and his office offered a free initial consultation. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable, and spent half an hour looking up laws and offering me advice. I did not want to take advantage of his kindness, and offered to pay. He asked me to pay half of his regular price, and donate the other half to a non-profit of my choice. Will go back to him for sure.

Waste of time and money!! Not recommended

Completely useless. Never returns calls or emails. I have numerous tenant issues and attorneys are hiding like cowards during the illegal moratorium and giving zero assistance to property owners

Normally I'd give everyone I interact with the benefit of the doubt but it's very hard not to conclude that Loeffler Law Group dropped the ball during the period I retained them as my attorney. I had a tenant dispute which led to me needing to send the tenant a legal notice which by law gives them 2 months to respond which had I directed the attorney at Loeffler to go ahead and send and got back a reply that it will be done asap. A couple of days before the two month mark from when I assumed the notice was sent I checked back in and discovered to my utter surprise that the notice was never sent in the first place and that my case will be "marked as high priority". Like I said at the beginning I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and with the current pandemic I understand that there's all sorts of things going off track so I waited for another week to see whether they can get their act together and low and behold, there was no action taken whatsoever and I finally called it for what it is and went with another firm. The people who work at Loeffler were all nice and pleasant to interact with and I really hoped it could have gone another way but there's no avoiding the fact that due to their inaction my case was delayed by a huge period of time and resulted in significant monetary loss as the other firm had to restart the process. It was as if they had no interest in having me as their client.

I encountered a problematic tenant and so I called Loeffler law group, and had the fortune of talking to Mr. Phil Neale. He was amazing. He gave me a great consultation, and even went out of his way to correct the law information I got from online. He was generous - which I completely did not expect. I will definitely use this firm, and Mr. Neale in particular, for my future legal needs. A+

Called Evan Loeffler to discuss a tenancy issue. Generous with quick legal advice and life advice by phone. Straight-shooter. Comes across like the person you want on *your* team, not *their* team. Resolved my issue by phone. Asked for payment by way of donation to a local nonprofit school for autistic children. Five stars ~
