I called in about a situation I was dealing with, our prior landlord decided to not send us our deposit. This firm does not provide services for tenants, however, Caitlin C was still caring and wanted to know my situation and after I informed her she made a phone call to the property management company. I am very relieved to say our situation is handled and we have received our full deposit back. I feel like her call helped us have that extra push so when I called them, they knew we weren't playing around. Thank you again.

We hired Loeffler Law Group under the assumption that we would get a sterling lawyer like Chris who handled a previous lawsuit (Chris is no longer with the company and we should have simply walked away instead of being enamored by the promise that an as competent lawyer took his place). Instead, we wasted $4k retainer on a lawyer, Carrine J., who absolutely DID NOTHING except pushed paper in the form of email and emptied that retainer with NOTHING to show for it. We had to regroup and hire a different lawyer to handle our case. I am sure there are other lawyers in the group, but steer clear of neophytes who waste time and overbill for it as proof of their productivity. Evan would have been a great due to his reputation, but we were blindsided when assigned to this junior lawyer.
