As I was leaving an organization where I had worked as a 1099 contractor for ten years, the owner of the company denied that he owed me compensation that was clearly spelled out in my contract that Mark had written five years previously. Steve handled this situation with professionalism and thoughtfulness. He laid our my options for the situation and negotiated with the owner's lawyer. He was effective and efficient, and he ended up recovering not only the compensation that was owed to me but also enough to cover my lawyer's fees. I very much appreciated how Steve handled my case even though it was a very small job that lasted less than three months. Hopefully, I won't find myself in a similar situation, but if I do, I will be hiring Steve and Bracepoint Law to help me out.

I've know Kris Jensen for almost 30 years and have engaged his expertise a number of times over that period.
