I called to get some questions answered and they were great. The phone person could be a little friendly but still a 5 star overall

I have had the misfortune of getting injured while at work and have been going through 1.5 years the l&i circus, err I mean, claims process. After being put through the ringer with my state advocate I called for a consultation with Sharper Law. Cheryl answered and took nearly an hour to speak with me at lengths about my situation. The folks here seem to take great pride in providing as much information as possible to help form your decisions. Enough so that I felt inclined to stop by the old google review machine and let the rest of you know how good my experience was. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I worked with Mark on opposite sides of a transaction and he was honest, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I have since referred Mark to clients for work outside of my practice area and will continue sending referrals his way.

Robert is a very good attorney. The first time I hired him was in 2012 for my daughter when she had problem with her landlord. The second time I hired him, was in 2016, when I had a problem with the HOA secretary of our community. I plan to hire him again, for the third time, as I know him already, not to mention the result of our legal case that he handles "bears much good fruits" not to mention, he is very professional on how he handle cases of his clients. Keep up the good work, Robert, and KUDOS to you!!

After taking a retainer for time-sensitive work and leading us to believe they would help in the middle of a contract negotiation, it took weeks to get the signed agreement back, no budget as promised, and a conflict of interest check on the wrong parties. Competence is questionable. We did get one helpful phone call and email then, “out of the office” notices for the better part of 2 weeks. When asked if they would be able to assist in a timely manner, Mark Jordan quit. It’s disappointment that they couldn’t follow-through on the paper pushing side, much less get to the helping, or be honest or responsive. Reviewing the quality of work for the past 7 years for the most basic agreements, I see things take triple time in paperwork due to typos and not paying attention to details, like how to spell an investors name. We were optimistic about some of the attorneys that seemed loosely associated with Bracepoint.

I had a wonderful experience with Robert! I left Robert a detailed voice message about the issue I was having. Robert himself returned my call within 30 mins and provided me with the information I needed (at no cost). If my case worsens, I would very much look forward to hiring Robert as my attorney!
