I spent months working with Sleepers In Seattle trying to resolve a delivery issue and got nowhere. I hired Sam and he resolved the issue immediately and I received a full refund. I appreciated Sam's help very much, I would give him more stars if I could.

I had an issue with a collection agency. I was referred to Sam via Legal Aid because I actually had a case against the collection agency and didn't even know it! He helped me understand the complexities of my case, handled everything, made no decisions with my consent, and safeguarded me through the process. I felt protected. My journey with this collection agency was years long, but Sam had experience with them and knew how to deal with them. He never pushed me to make a decision one way or the other. Sam Leonard did outstanding work on my case! He was very professional, dedicated, very honest and easy to communicate with. I had a couple of collection attorneys after me trying to garnish my wages after a debt had been satisfied, they somehow got a Judge to allow the reinstatement of garnishment. Sam Leonard's experience and knowledge not only stopped them from garnishing my wages, but made them pay me!!! He was certain from the beginning there was illegality in their process against me. I found Sam last minute after other attorneys, not to be named, never returned my calls and thank goodness I did. Sam immediately jumped in and saved me.
