Before I contacted Attorney Erin Lane, daily I looked into several ways to get the help I needed to manage my debt load without going through bankruptcy. I had several conversations with a variety of companies who advertised that they could help people in my situation, but after analyzing my situation I found out that I had more debt than income. I also found out that the cost to get their help was too expensive, and their process would take a long time (around a year to complete). After that process I would need to manage my remaining debt, because their main goal was to get me out of my time share. It was at that point I realized that my only hope was to take the route of bankruptcy, so I contacted Attorney Erin Lane who contacted me. After speaking with her I knew that I wanted to have her represent me in this case. Attorney Erin Lane, and Paralegal David who worked with her on my case worked wonderfully together. Erin was very knowledgeable, and professional. David was very pleasant and helpful. When Erin wasn’t available to get back to me immediately, David would contact me. So their responses to my questions were addressed in a timely manner. If there is anything I would like to see improvement in, it would be that they would occasionally check in on their clients to see how they are coming along. For me it would have been helpful if they would have asked me how things are going every once in a while (especially since I have issues with processing information and am a little slower than others to comprehend instructions.) I could have used the reassurance that I was on the right track. However, I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and especially of my decision to have chosen Attorney Erin Lane, and Paralegal David who worked with her on my case. Thank you so much!
