Franca is a great Immigration attorney! Franca took over for my previous attorney who had to drop off my case because she had moved to be closer to her family. Franca was recommended to us by our attorney that was leaving our case. We meet her for a consult at her place in January and decided to retain her services. Franca took a very measured approach to our case and went through everything we had. When we retained her services, we were waiting for the interview at that point. Franca went through the whole packet our attorney had submitted and when we got out notice to appear for the interview, Franca took a significant amount of time on the phone with both my wife and I to walk us through the process and went through every question with us. My case was an AoS case as I was married to a US citizen. Franca came to interview with us and will speak up when she needs to (even if the USCIS agents don't really like it!). Franca came well prepared and prepared both my wife and I very well for the interview. My green card was approved that day and I received it one week later. We honestly can't Franca enough for how she helped me and what she did for our family. She made us feel at ease the whole time even when I was stressed right before the interview. Franca, helped me out when I found myself in a predicament with immigration. Previous lawyers seemed to have given up on mine and my mother's case, stating that there was not much to be done. But Franca didn't give up so easy she knew it could be a challenge and accepted it with a positive attitude. Various lawyers weren't able to successfully get my mom and I a way to apply for nonimmigrant U visa status, but Franca persevered and what others couldn't do in 11 years of us trying she did in about a month. My mom and I were about to give up but Franca brought us hope and an opportunity to fix our legal matters that we've been trying to fix for countless years. We are forever grateful for what she has done for us and appreciate her positive attitude through out the process. She was all we could ask for in a lawyer.
