Jeff has guided us through two purchases of real estate. One dealt with a property that was an purchasing a family property. This required real strategy to work with a family selling the home that was not accustomed to dealing in real estate and worrying about family perceptions of the sale. The other was the sale between family members that required that everyone felt as if everything was completed in the most professional manner. In both cases beyond the exceptional legal advice Jeff also guided us through business strategy that worked very effectively toward completion of the sales. I highly recommend Jeff for real estate transactions.

My husband and I asked Jeff to help us with the private purchase of a waterfront property. However, this wonderful little seaside cottage was encumbered with a longstanding, festering boundary dispute along with severe encroachment issues that had to be solved before closing. The boundary issue was extremely complicated, there were numerous parties involved, and continually during the process, a frothy real estate market tempted the seller to put the property on the open market.
