Bis helped us amend our 20 year old trust along with updating our wills, financial power of attorneys, healthcare directives along with creating a few other estate planning documents he recommended to us. Bis recently helped update our family's estate planning documents (wills, power of attorney, trust). When I say update, we just did it from scratch, since the prior documents we had were 7 years old and lacked some of the components we need now since our lives have changed in that time. Bis was very responsive and efficient in putting documents together, answering the many questions about different clauses, and helped complete the process in a matter of weeks (not including the time it took us to review the prepared documents, which was non-trivial but important to spend time on). He was always knowledgeable about every question we asked, patient, and explained things in a way that we could understand.

Mr. Pierce worked with me at a very vulnerable time, when my dad was placed on hospice and I had some decision to make regarding his estate and care. Mr. Pierce was patient, helpful, spoke in a way I could understand, and repeated things as often as I needed to understand. He was awesome.
